HierarchyConverter Class
Provides the [ToHierarchicalModelList{T}] extension method that converts
a collection of IModelWithHierarchy<(Of <(<'T>)>)> models into a
HierarchicalModelList for use with hierarchical data binding.
This is the primary entry point for bridging models into the
IHierarchyData/IHierarchicalEnumerable infrastructure.
